Tiga program utamanya yaitu Program Year (PY) ditujukan buat kamu yang berusia 15-17 tahun, Summer Program buat kamu yang berusia 15-18 tahun, dan Community College Program (CCP) untuk usia 3 Indonesia-Malaysia Youth Exchange Program (IMYEP), satu kandidat perempuan berusia 23-27 tahun; 4. Indonesia-Korea Youth Exchange Program (IKYEP), satu kandidat laki-laki berusia 18-24 tahun; dan . 5. Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program (SSEAYP), satu kandidat perempuan berusia 20-30 tahun.
